Hm, three out of six starts are crap. How much chance do you think there is everyone will have a reasonable start when we restart? By the way, this is what you get with archipelago maps anyway.

If we restart we should ask someone not in this game to generate a map and check the starting positions.

I think thats the best idea. I dont mind playing on with this game just i wouldnt playing a start which has some appeal.

Well, starts on archipelago maps are mostly crappy especially after RtW that would seem for China and thus BCLG became quite upset.

Checking the starts by somebody not playing is a good idea IMO, just to make sure that everyone gets a crappy start.

I'm fine with this idea if we can find someone (Beam?). I just don't want to keep rerolling starts for a week or so.

I like it! That doesn't mean it's a good or bad start, but it's definately a start that's worth playing...
