I got kicked out of the Cup in Round 4. Early as usual. I can't remember the last time I had a home game in the Cup, sigh ..... lol.

Have the tables been set up yet? Did we ever decide on which type of grouping?

I guess we can now start discussing that, as we can now know how many teams there are.

So, if we are 32, then I'd vote for:

-1st group stage with 8 groups of 4, 3 matches, first two advance to upper half, other two advance to lower half

- upper half: 4 groups of 4
first two of each group go to the finals, bottom two to 9-16
lower half the same

- 3 KO rounds

No, you only need 3 KO rounds for determining the position for 8 teams (quarterfinal, semifinal, final)
