Though technically probobaly not a forbidden double move I think it's a bit against a good game etiqette what akots just did (2400 BC). Previous turn his Warrior was 2 tiles away from my Settler. He logged in last during the turn and made a DM trying to kill my Settler. Dirty

Well, I find your accusations ridiculous, mister Danridge. I do suggest that you keep yourself civilized here. The point actually is that my warrior have not even seen your settler - warrior pair before moving.

I didn't accuse anything. I just told a fact. Whether you saw my settler previous turn or not is irrelevant. It was still an active use of DM in the start of a war. But as I said it was just dirty, not forbidden, action I think.

It's certainly not done. But I consider any double move with effect not done.

Sure, you can think whatever you want.

I do find your way of thinking quite strange and especially I find the way of how you are expressing your thinking quite inappropriate.

dan...post#1...unless he killed your settler adn declared war... you have no leg to stand on.

The doublemove rule in this game:

Doublemoves are allowed in all cases except when accompanied by a declaration of war. In that case the declaring player is not allowed any offensive action against declared player until either:
a) 18 hours after end of the turn where war is declared.
b) the declared player logs in after end of the turn where war is declared.
The declaration of war itself still allows units of the declaring player offensive actions against the declared player in the turn where war is declared.

Infact he has quite the leg to stand on. He was DM'd imagine if it had been his capital and there had been a warrior 2 turns away but before the borders has expanded more than once, if you get to a particular place you can attack the capital in two turns but because the player used to moves in succession the first to move into position which the defender can see the second to move outside the capital.

I can point you to that cfc isdg thread for further details whilst the details are not exactly similar the principle is.

Please do continue this interesting argument about the legs or feet or moccasins especially considering the fact that neither of you have actually a slightest idea of what happened.
