It might or it does? You know, it is already done, they are just packaging now. I've also seen something at CFC that hints but nothing real.

The BNW info compilation thread states it as a fact. I don't believe it until I see it, and if (not when) I see it, I'll be asking why it's included in an add-on instead of a patch of vanilla civ5... or why it wasn't included at release of vanilla civ5.

Another fun fact: BNW includes the content from G&K, besides scenario's and civs. This is PTW all over again...
