Don't overreact!
It was a very good goal and a good result, but there's still the second leg to play. Lyons isn't beaten yet. That said: I think PSV have a good shot at getting to the semi's and I hope they make it!

I'm not saying they've already in the semis or are close to the semis. All I'm saying (or rather picturing) is that Cocu saved the day here. His goal was the matches' turn around.

X- posted with krys.
Well PSV is doing quite nicely against the french lately, just remember Monaco And we don't need to beat Lyon, 0-0 will suffice. [] but seriously, I think it will be a tough match for both teams next week. And like this week, I'll be buying a six-pack of Palm and cheer on PSV! EINDHOVEN, EINDHOVEN, EINDHOVEN!!!!! (KR and Schip, support needed here!!!)

Well it appears that I didn't follow this season closely... I must say that only European and international matches attract me, but even with that I didn't see Monaco.
Which brings me to a slight off-topic. In France many people support every French team playing in European championships, something you often don't find in other countries (Spain, to name one). What about the Netherlands ? Last year we had much fun watching both Monaco (finalist) and Marseilles (finalist in the UEFA cup), but we missed both cups in the end. Lyon is definitely the best French team these years, and I want them to go as far as possible.
