Apparently you discounted the inspirational support of the mighty Henk Vos prematurely! He was sitting next to the pitch, and it looked as if he had slaughtered some furry beast to favor the gods! Mighty Henk the Saviour!

I'm not too impressed with PSV's performance against Sparta...

Feyenoords' game wasn't very good either, but at least they won (and the defense actually played decent with new guy Ron Vlaar in the starting line-up. One slip-up in the first half, but otherwise solid).

And on the bright side: Ajax tied, so it's now almost certainly a three team race, as the gap has now increased to 10 points (AZ - 1 game in hand), 13 points (Feyenoord) and 14 points with PSV.

Not a bad start to the second half of the season.

It seems like Van Hooijdonk is showing his true colours again.

He always said NAC Breda was his team, and now that he's finally back where it all began, he wants out again because the results aren't good and the coach (his friend) got fired...

Van Hooydonk was the man under Lokhof, with him gone, pierre had a good excuse to leave as well, perhaps filling the gap at heerenveen?
