would it be permanent alliances.... those are more powerful in civ4 than in civ3. You can actually jointly research the same project at the same time.

cos i seen a guest viewing this topic using Windows Opera (i.e it was'nt a bot). I cam in here using my alter ego nick (i have another name here at CDZ see if you can guess what it is

). My alter ego nick has no special permissions that i am aware of.

And I agree with Hobbes there, why do you need 2 logins unless you are Annares or Propain?
