And why not? There were tech (Mass Media) and there were Moscow with not that much to build in there. You know, I'm quite behind in techs and have not yet even started on Apollo while Rome have already completed some spaceship part(s). And it were only 6 turns of production equal to only 6 tanks. And 6 tanks is not much these days if one looks at Chinese power graph.

Well you could have built Hollywood, its the same cost and you would get a happy face out of it maybe more with some trades.

I don't see how you can say your behind in techs. I know of a couple you had well before i got to them. As for the Power graph, China is a big country, need a lot of units to cover those border
