Good luck with the appointments, Stapel! I hope you can fit them in the morning or reschedule. I'd hate to miss you as well.

Would be cool if you'd come, Plux! Saturday is the day. Friday is the pre-party and sunday is 'the day after', so it's no problem if you have to leave early on sunday.

I defenitely have more chances to come on friday night than on saturday. There's a decent chance I will have to leave around 10AM on saturday then. Not ideal, but better than nothing. Depending on what I can cancel, I might leave later or not leave at all on saturday. Other point is that my student fraternity's lustrum is on saturday night. I'd put a weekend of civ above that, but a lustrum is only once in 5 years, so......
And then there is a cricket match (imagine leaving the civ-party, just to find out rain abandons play....) and mrs. Stapel complaining about me living a bachelor's life......

Who are up for the friday party?

Sadly, I will not come.

I was looking forward to meet you all but it doesn't work out. Hopefully next year or so. I will have a busy weekend with other appointments...

But if you are playing a game of Civ in the evening and can easily make it joinable via internet then I'd join...
No, just kidding, I guess the real deal is to play while one can talk to each other.

Well, doesn't the holiday start this friday in this region? If so, expect massive traffic jams this friday. Still, working+feeding+2.5 hours travel time=not early.

I don't expect too many traffic jams northbound. Anyway, congestions this week is extremly low. About 10% of whta it was a couple of weeks back. I'll probably pick up Darkness in R'dam at 17:30, so I try to be in Grun around 20:00 hours.
