Here's the first savegame for BCLG100. After him it's Darkness' turn, then grahamiam. Random Civs, and I appear to play as Japan.

I've clicked on permanent alliance, but couldn't set who's who's partner. I guess you'll have to decide once you've met each other.

Since 'plains' doesn't have a lot of shores, I thought it would be nice to create some natural borders by playing on a rocky map. That's why the game is called "Rock on".

oh ok, well seeing how permanent alliance isnt with our partners do we sign peace with the first person we see or wait for our set ally?

And as this is my first PBEM, i just play my turn, then save, then attach that file to an e-mail and send it to darkness?

That might indeed be better. That way you know for sure your ally is close to you. But we'll see how it goes.

Either that, or you fill in the right SMTP server for your current ISP (e.g. for me that's "mail.home.nl") in "My Details".
Read the manual to see how it works exactly.
