I've heard that some people devote a full 3% to the VIP boxes

Some people vary it by 0.5 in VIPs and the second one however that doesn't make a massive difference.

What's better: 5-4-1 or 5-3-2? Ít for next season, when i'm going to train defenders.
At that point I have the availability of 2 Formidable scorers, and 1x Excelent Mid, 1x Solid Mid, 1x Passable Mid, 1x Passable Winger.
Basicly, should I give up attacking for Midfielders (meaning more posession?)

I think you would lose out on quite a bit of posession playing a three-man midfield with those players, unless you are in a very weak division, so I would go for 5-4-1 seeing as your strikers sound good.

(better than mine anyways!)

You should make sure that you have both options available, so you can tailor your team to the opponent.

Solid suffices, i ma not sure passable is enoughr to avoid confusion.

Even at solid, there can be some small confusion, but I agree it's so seldom that from passable on, it is worth the risk.
tofra, I'd more go for 5-3-2 as you have two nice strikers. 5-4-1 would be a waste then.
Either play CA with one or two wingers or (as you don't have any real strong wingers) you could play with 3 IM or 2IM +1WTM and play AIM.

But for both you'd need passing, esp. on your trainees which is expensive.
If you have the money, you could buy a young excellent or formidable PM player with at least inad defense and let him play and train as an offensive defender that pushes your midfield.
