Casey and I had one small problem with the DM thing, although it was communication and not for fear of breaking the DM pact. If someone tells me they're not gonna DM me, then that's what I go with. Just play on as normal from there.

EDIT: Besides that, you can look under the combat log and see what year you were attacked on, so a DM would be obvious.

wars always slow a game down, but with just 4 of us it shouldn't affect it to much unless we get a free for all going

what might slow us down is that i go start living in my uni house sometime next week- without the internet.... i'll try and get a sub but will probably only ask him to play once every 24 hours so i don't miss too much!
