Well I would certainly worry about Dave, because he is huge, and as KC says, could be in it for the ship.
But messing with BC would be ok in my book. I think. Of course, if you had done it to me, I would go to war with you, but since you both know (I assume) that the other is building the spaceship, you are not really "friends" are you? So sabotage against his SS production would be ok - since this is a competition towards Space victory, no?

This will come down to a spaceship win with BCLG in the lead, Dave will be there and I'm in the hunt. Robboo finished Apollo but I don't think he'll be able to catch me. There's some arguing in the main pitboss thread if anyone wants to read it.
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showth...59115&page=107 It turns out BCLG and Mauer were pillaging Robboo's resources near the cities he captured from Meleager before the borders expanded so they were in neutral territory (Mel's gone from the game as he got caught in a four way battle when he declared on Robboo who had a defensive pact with Robi....Mel also declared on Mauer who had a deal with BCLG...things did not work out well for Mel). Someone may build Manhattan just to disrupt the situation. I've asked Mauer to give me a heads up if he does it so I can prepare SDI. Personally, I'd like to nuke Regentman since he's been Davemcw's vassal since the beginning of the game and is helping Davemcw way too much. I digress, Robboo not too happy and will likely retalitate. Robi D has intimated the same since he doesn't like it. I am trying to use this to my advantage by trading techs with Robboo. He'll have robotics in 3 and I am working on fiber due in about 6. In the meantime, I'd like to time my sabotage when BCLG is building parts. I'm not sure if he's got any in the pipe right now so I'm going to look around. One of my spaceparts will finish in the capital soon so I plan to knock out my four max spies to go hit BCLG and Dave.

IIRC you can sabotage production.
The Realms' players described this in realms games.

You can sab production but your odds are lowered because most players leave units in cities. Simon is building thrusters in the city I'm in now so we'll see what the odds are but I'm inclined to cut his only aluminum which doesn't have units on it so the odds are 90%. I decided to build a lab in my capital (2 turns) since I'll need the speed for the final push and can knock out more spies after that.

You were right he was too much to handle. I never sabbed you btw since it wouldv'e required turning down research. I did pillage one of Dave's many aluminums. No impact.

I know but I already agreed to peace. I'm not sure it would've mattered with Dave and Simon left in the game. Simon has become a pretty good little player. Little? Little because he's a teenager and I don't want his head to explode from thinking he's the man. []
