Wasn't able to connect as well around 9 hours ago, but I had only a window of about 20 minutes to try. I guess, the Japanese Empire will be fine with that one lost turn...

I haven't updated hamachi in a while. Is it better with the current version or worse?

Can't say i have had too many problems, although there have been occasions where it has been busy and i have waited up to 20mins.

I have the full version now which is still free for non buisness use

Nope, whilst I can get the major components done I don't have enough cities to build casings & thrusters.

I can't apologize enough for the recurring down time and the need for Hamachi. I may actually reconsider hosting another game since this seems to be a pain in the hiney. If any of you want the game taken down for the holidays then let me know. I'll be home since most of my family is relatively close and travel won't hinder me. So it's up to you guys.

Well, it is not your fault here, quite on the contrary. I think they (Hamachi or LogMeIn people) aimed for a too big piece of a pie and now they cannot chew it not talking about swallowing or trying to digest. Their servers are clogged with gamers who are not supposed to pay anything while apparently they don't have enough paying users to get the required upgrades. Hence, the hold off.

I'm 7 turns away from launch if nothing happens plus more 8 or 10 turns to fly. So, unless we play faster, might take a couple of week.

We have been averaging close to 2 turns a day when the games been up, so close to new years would be the end unless we could somehow get all of us online
