Well, as said earlier, I'd prefer everything random (including water levels) except the distribution of players... so just using the first decent map available with as minimal editing as possible is my preference.

When if see the Not found error, correct the filename in the address bar so that the % sign is deleted and the file name is matched. Then it should work in any case.

The wrong address bar says:

If you replace it with this, it should work.

It is browser- and forum-specific imho since it replaces "+" with "%20" automatically because it thinks that "+" is some special character.
