Usually if people don't play they don't post as well... But if they play, they post, so it makes little difference.

The main improvement would be where emails are slow to be sent so that a player would know if the person before them had failed to send the game or whether the email was taking a long time getting through. Also all the other players would be able to find out where the save has stopped.
