I'm not sure 2 knights and a MI with the other 3 injured units could take and/or hold NY.

I just ran Offa's combat calculator on what you had outside of NYC. If there are 2 vet pikes only you have an 85% chance of taking it. for 3 vet pikes, it goes down to less than 50% so I would hold off at least until you get more forces.
You should be able to get another Chinese slave and kill off some of the Celtic units. China is a Fuedalist gov. That means WW. Having a city razed is significant as is capturing workers. So keep capturing workers if you can and wait for the the treb and 2 MDI's coming over. Also be careful with Xinjian, it's a walled town on a hill. Those pikes are going to be tough to knock off until we get some trebs on the foreign soil.

Mahler's building the great library in the Celtic capital. Trying to get all caught up...
Ten galleys full of immortals set sail for the Russian continent. They will land in three turns' time. I took a screenie, but out of habit, I ctrl + c something in another website before getting to Paint...

Yeah there's nothing we can do about it either RM unless you were to land next to his Glib city.
Might be a thought...we should also be careful about trading techs till cavs come in. Here are my pictures... The southern task force. I can heal units on these grounds. 111.85KB Here's the northern front 116.93KB

It started off rocky but I'm in my GA
Hangchow made me nervous but I have 4 sammies in there as well as 2 trebs so it should remain Japanese Quote:
After taking Hangchow, I took the worker next to it and noticed that I'll have another city next turn

Here's the battle report for this turn:
3/4 MW loses to 2/4 celt horse and promotes the horse to 2/5 vet MW 3/4 takes 2/5 celt horse. knight takes a worker on a hill. MW goes underneath Trebs redline a chinese and celt galley. Both of my galleys are flawless and promote to vet and elite. Here's the current status near NY... 104.05 KB Hopefully these will arrive the same time RegentMan does... 66.89 KB

Okay, too many Whomp and Tubby pictures. Here's one for you, mahler!
104.85KB In two turns time, some of these immortals will disembark on that hill outside the hidden Celtic city. Depending on what I see for defenses, I'll send some galleys to adjacent cities. I plan on keeping these cities as bases on the Russian continent, while continuing sending over immortal after immortal after immortal. Don't ask about the names. I figure I'd spice things up with random names two, three, or four letters. I wonder what mahler's reaction will be once he sees twenty immortals on the opposite end of the Iroquois/Japanese attack. Fun stuff!

It's like the cavalry is coming! Dada dada da da!! Charge!! Nice to see our immortal friends hitting the Celts. He needs some attention over there. I will likely go a little further north with my western Russian front troops to string him out.
