May I suggest a couple more columns to the ladder for the lurkers/players to be?

 I hope you do join the ladder, we can provide many opponents of different levels, and a lot of dedication to Civ. There is a GD forum with some useful info in, and a unique '1 on 1 strategy' forum for stratagies more appropriate to 1 on 1 PBEM games. Happy civing.
