ID has taken it down to find and fix the bug about trading and unit cycling.

have you posted a thread in the bugs area of cfc? quite a few firaxians actually regularly check that.

You can also try to pm alexman at Apo or CFC. Sometimes he can respond rather promptly. IMHO, very few people have actual experience with PitBoss setup and it is hard to evaluate the nature of the bugs by just describing them without posting the saves.

No my searches turned up empty. I admit thought..I didnt really know what to use as the search terms to narrow down my search.

A similar bug was described in vanilla in patch 1.52 but iirc it was supposed to be fixed in 1.61 and it had been fixed. It was also specifically related to trades of human players with the AIs.
