Spoke with Stapel earlier this week since he hosted the previous event and get some advice and he told me basically what to do as a host. The pics of that event give all the clues:

I am practising now holding a whisky glass in various positions while leaning on something and maintaining a managerial look. Comfy!

It's nothing fancy, but I've got the old civilization board game (in dutch) lying around... I could bring that too if anyone's interested? Warning: It's a really long, long game...

I'm really sorry but I won't be making it either after all.

I've got an extra oral retake exam set next week besides two other exams that were already set that I really need to pass, since failing these courses now would mean being forced to take them next year again, increasing my study time and costing me lots of money. Therefore I've decided to sacrifice next weekend to dedicate it to my study completely, and be as best prepared as possible.

I hated to make this decision but in the end I feel I had to do it...hopefully I'll meet/see some of you again in another place/another time in the future at another meet, the first reunion was great.

I have it as well, it kinda sucks. I also have the new civ boardgame, with all the little plastic spearmen (and tanks). I haven't played it though. I might get tempted to bring it, if anyone would like that, but I know PP has it as well (since he brought it last year). It's also a bit heavy, so if I don't have to I'd rather leave it at home.
