As it turns out he does have writting.. I knew it! How else could we have traded contacts. We've decided to remain friendly, specialy since the aztecs declared war on me, no casualties for me so far; they've lost a jag and an archer. A small group of 7 warriors is nearing Texcoco to capture and most likely raize it. The zulu are also flexing their impi muscle near my borders, they've come so far as to actually fortify inside my borders, but not near my cities. I can't afford a two front war so decided to reinforce defenses over there while ofense is sent over to aztec lands. I'll soon conect iron and upgrade warriors, I'm looking for a short war with the aztecs, just enuff to mark my superiority over them

Yep, fucking zulu have declared war on me, and they just entered a GA, damn impi... now i have a two front war, maybe Jack payed them off...maybe

Wars are over, had to give a level one tech to the Zulu, the aztecs paid me off, I took the money. Figured I could use that money for upgrades and then finish them off.

yep,

is right... got no goody huts, no good trades... basically what I have I've researched on my own

EDIT-- the only trades I've done are the ones abit back, and most of them included level one techs anyway. After that, tech trades have gone really sour.
