Just a handy thing for people that want to access CDZ mail from multiple locations (like Work ) but want to keep a complete central archive in a central location (like the desktop at home). And have an employer that is anal about what is allowed for e-mail exchange. In this case Lotus Notes. But the boss for some reason also installed Exchange Express, a horrible mail client but with the following handy feature as shown in the pic.
42.44KB The only difference with the installation described by PP is the "Leave a copy of messages on server" flag. It can be accessed through Account maintenance, Properties, Advanced. Very handy to check the mailbox and ask Killer to resend the correct sav or hurry Col to finally send his sav before driving home

I also get several mailbox's collected at work and use that flag for all of them. I then pick them up at home and don't check that box - that way I can pick stuff up at work, but I always have a record of the email at home.

You don't, but you can get me or PP to reset it for you. Send a PM with your wanted PWD and we can do it straight away.
