You are probably right but he did seem to say hat he was near one of the one of explosions so I'm willing to give him some slack and I never really got the full picture over the demogame fallout.

Meh, I had enough of Provolution. He's saying we need to re-educate the Arabs....
Trying... not... to... get... banned... From what I hear it's mostly disruption and chaos atm, the news is VERY slow to get out. Fingers crossed everyone I know in London is ok.

Can't really say a lot about it, except to second my hope no relatives & friends of Englishmen here are injurted.
It was rather impressive to see Blair's second speech with all those world leaders standing behind him. @krys: How does this underline that Blair should go? Do you think this could be avoided? Actually, I personally just love Blair. Quote:

I think there are going to be a lot dead by the end of the day. The speculation right now is 50+. Walking wounded is in the hundreds.
Good to hear Anar and Meli are Ok. Just had a phone call to say stepson is OK.

Ugh, I just read Provolution's post on the 9th page. The crucial error many like him make is that they put Arabs/Islam and Islamic Fundamentalism in one box.

All I can say it's aweful what happened in London today.
Fortunately everyone I know is OK, both from here and my colleagues. My colleagues are working very close to a station hit by the bombings and use it daily. |

Provolution made me sick, he's just got banned for 5 days by Rik, but that was justified. This guy seems to be 30 years old (according to sig), and is surely hopelessly an asshole for the rest of his life. His post about reeducating the Arabs like the West is supposed to have reeducated Germany and Japan after WWII is an utter offense. Guys like him in power make it all possible for terrorists to strike.
Matrix, I hate Blair, for he is Bush's puppet. And I'll hate the UK's foreign policy as long as they will blindly follow the US's one. Unfortunately, both Bush and Blair were recently reelected, showing that people there don't react the same way to events in the world. Should there be a bombing in Rome tomorrow, Berlu would be lost, just like Aznar. The nonsense that started in Iraq is just going on, nothing changes... I'd like to say that I wish there won't be any other attack, but I know it will happen. It will happen. Again. Best of luck for our Dutch friends too, since Al-Qaida is apparently pointing out the NL.

I echo the sentiments expressed by everyone. Hopefully everyone's family and friends are safe.
I'm reading it was done to disrupt the G-8. This Provoloution person has obvious issues. Ignore him.

Quite some English people on the project here. All checked back home and fortunately all are accounted for and OK. Collegues in Central London don't know anything more than we do and are looking for places to spend the night now.
I share cols fear that the dead toll could go higher and higher. We haven't heard anything yet how the situation in the tunnels is. Provo's post already is idiocracy by itself, it is way beyond tasteless to post it in said cfc topic. 27.86KB
