Uh, USA? Ghana? No. This is an easy 7 points for Italy and the Czechs, providing they play the smart 0-0 draw in their match.

As for Stam. Yes, he will likely play for PSV next season, for sure if they play CL again.

Not Ghana, but I got the feeling USA might surprise people. Of course I give Czech Rep. and Italy more chance
