Well, if he'd decide to play after work, I wouldn't mind. Basically that's what will happen now, since he probably won't be able/allowed to play at work.

Bas playing early has to do with the time zone difference between us. I end up playing my turn either just before going to bed or early in the morning before work

I haven't checked, but usually there is only a standard restriction in the turn where war is actually declared.
