Online Risk - Page 13

sorry guys.. i am not going to play any new Risk games anymore.
the game should be fun, but it frustrates me more and more.

This morning in a tripple game i had to take a continent. I had an army of 10, attacking an army of 3.
I lost 4 times on a row losing 8 armies to the other 0.

In another game i played the first turn. I needed to conquer 1 land to able to group 6 of my lands. lost another 9 armies - the other only 1 - and did not capture the land. game doomed.

fuck it.

That's rng for you. It sucks, but sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.

I know having good and bad luck is a part of the game, but in this game bad luck can totally destroy a good strategy.
The luck factor is too important and having bad luck as I had this morning outweighs 10 times the good luck you have sometimes.

10 armies verses 3 should _always_ be a victory for the 10 armies, but not lose 8 armies to the other 0.

Sorry for the rant.
I don't mind losing to a player showing good tactics, but I hate losing when you doing everything right but are screwed by the rng.
