When you log in you get this nice message...
Waiting list There are currently 2952 users on the waiting list for your league. Yesterday 2 users were given a team in your league, the last of which applied on 2005-10-28 13:49:00. As soon as it is your turn to get a team, you will receive an email that tells you about this. Curious when it's your turn? Based on the information above, you can make an educated guess. Please don't email the GameMasters and ask them about it, because they can't give you a date, and they can't speed up the process either! You applied for a team on 2004-09-28 13:38:50. |

Look at system information: They are working on this.
I guess, it has to do with the certificate. New players that don't have the certificates get a page reminding them. I guess they have confused some if-clause giving the others the waiting list...
