I played Santa Paravia a lot back in 1984/85 with a friend and his father on their Tandy TRS80. It's a TBS game where you are the ruler of an medieval Italian city and your goal is to become king asap. Beauty of the game is that it's multiplayer (hotseat). Pretty good for a game that was developed in 1979, I reckon.

The windows version has a little bug I think as it skips the tax menu. So you need to adjust taxes with the pull down menu.
