Ich liebe es! I'm lovin' it! C'est tout ce que j'aime!
There's this moment in almost every game I play where I look at the screen, break into a wide grin and think 'I'm lovin' it!' Often, it is rather predictable, too.
Example: THE ALLIES BACKSTAB: I am on a three-player island with Ragnar and Lizzy. I DOW on the gal because she grabbed a 2-gem 1-gold 1-banana spot from me. Next turn she bribes Ragnar in. Stalemate after I take the border town. Ragnar will not come out to fight, I can't go for him either, and thus he persists in refusing to talk. Meanwhile, Lizzy sends in troops to get clobbered, but they eat up my cat production through bad RNG rolls. Finally, I manage to get peace from both, but it is only a matter of time until they will attack me. A few turns later I read: Ragnar has declared war on Elisabeth! I'm lovin' it! Go kill each other's troops, then I can go in and mop you both up. What's your most beloved predictable CIV moments?

How does it make sense for the AI to attack the strongest opponent instead of the weakest? Did Lizzy have a weak spot?
I always love when the AI starts throwing nukes at things. I haven't seen this in civ3 or civ4, but in civ2 I lost half my forces when the AI nuked a freshly conquered city. There seems to be quite some reserve towards nuking programmed into the AI, so it doesn't happen that often. On a related note: the indians in col2 selling 98 silver for 60 gold

I was playing as the Maya on the Earth map when I noticed Mali was getting close to a cultural victory. Just as I prepared for a war with him, the Shaka, Catherina and Julius Ceasar declared war on Mansa Musa. And for good reason: Mansa Musa has put all his money into culture and as a result was highly underdeveloped. Eventually it was I who conquered the majority of his half-empty wonder-rich cities.

Yeah, I love it, when the AI weakens a Barbarian or enemy city and I can step in without losses conquering that city. And the AI isn't even amd at me for stealing the city...

Here's one: it happened to me many times that AI declares war on me while being far underdeveloped. Like in this game I'm playing as Mali, on the Earth map. Montezuma declared war on me. He doesn't even have frigates while I got missile cruisers. He did nag me with his units on my land, pillaging stuff, but quickly I built ships and am now able to destroy his stacks coming in.
Just look at this... It was a stack of eight ships. I've destroyed more of those stacks, but not in such an aesthetic fashion.
