Season 32, round 9
Had a walk over. #2 had a draw against #4 and #3 lost against #5. So I am up 5, 8 and 9 now, which seems comfortable, but I have played the two weakest teams twice now. So It could still be tough. Hope the new coach with passable leadership will help me.

Won 4-3 away against #3, after losing 0-2 in the beginning. Another match that could have been unlucky for me...
I'm still #2 behind the cheater. Hoping he will fall against someone someday.

Drew 0-0, still in 1st place and managed 120 hatstats in the process despite playing almost no offense. By this time next season I'll be about ready for div V. Unfortunately you can't promote in the middle of the season.

Won 9-0 vs a semi-bot team, and yet another team bankrupted in my league. Now, we have 2 semi-bots and a walkover in the division...

Had an excellent 2-5 away victory. I hit my opponent where it hurt and defended where he wanted to hurt me the most. He got posession by a few percentages as expected but that did not matter in the end.
Now if the league leaders wouldn't be so pretty damn good I would even stand a chance at promotion.

Don't be fooled, having WOs in your division kills your finances really, and after a 1.1M plus last season in a very active IV, Snaken now probably will face small losses over a full season for the first time ever.
This because you have 3 out of 7 home matches vs bots, where you only half-fill your stadium. No good fan mood outweighs such losses. Plus, 6 of your matches in the season are lame. Not good, believe me...

I agree totaly. I rather face 7 active opponents then have the certainty of staying up with 3 bots. It is indeed very very boring to have 6 WO's in a season where the one risk in getting injurries...

Loss for the first time this year. And dropped into second place. It will all come down to the last game of the year. I am saving my money...I may buy a better forward right that week to help my attack.
