7-year-old girl gets away after knifepoint lego robbery

Police in Largo, FLorida have put out an APB for a suspect in a robbery at knifepoint: 7-8 year old female, pigtails, snapping gum. Wearing a jacket and last seen riding away from a crime scene on a bicycle. Largo PD has no confirmation as to whether the bike with with or without training wheels. She may be armed and dangerous if you get between her and her legos.

Police say the suspect was shopping in a Wal-Mart at approximately 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday night, when store security observed her hiding two boxes of Lego toys under her coat and attempting to walk out of the store without paying for them. When approached by store security, the little girl opened her jacket and showed the Wal-Mart employee a 10-inch combo carving knife with a forked point, telling him she was "armed for protection." Not ready to be gutted by a 7-year-old girl for his minimum-wage job, the clerk let her escape on her bicycle.

Police have no further leads.

Have children, buy them some and then play with their toys.

Only way out for you unless you go for the 'Star-trek' convention heading and buy you're own lego without having children.

I still have ALL my lego, and lemme tell you: it's a LOT! And it will STAY with me until my kids are big enough, so do not get your hopes up!

They're probably planning on getting it out again once they have grandkids. They'll have to wait some more for that one though, 'cause I'm not planning anything in that direction yet. And AFAIK, neither is my brother.
