New diplomacy pc game!
Just read a preview of a diplomacy game on the pc. Looks interesting, especially that it's made by the same guys that made Europa Universalis. So that has to be promising.

Interesting. Didn't know there had already been failed attempts at this. The biggest surprise is the solo game with AIs ! I wonder if we could mod the AI, so that you end up with an artificial version of Stapel or col...
Thanks for the tip, Shabba !!

I have a copy of the microprose game, the AI realy sucks big time. Fortunatly I paid only 5 bucks for it. I played once and got on my nerve. From what I remember the only advantage was that it could manage an internet game, but that's all.

Ever played the original 1980's 'computer diplomacy' Barbu, you think microprose made a hatchet job of it

I recently read a review about this computer game. It had the worst rating ever. The worst "feature"? It lacked an actual diplomacy screen, it's impossible to negotiate with the AI.
In other news, did all cdz diplomacy games die?
