He's Ethiopia so as far as I'm concerned, unless I pull a good vulture rush early on, he has a traits+UU advantage on me.
Oromos are strong drill muskets, which carry the drill gene up the rifle pool. Organised is also much stronger, in the long run, than protective.
I prefer my UB though. Earlier cheaper maintenance beater. Oh wait!! He's organized, so his court is EVEN cheaper
