Rank as many as you want. My personal philosophy is show up at the draft so you know what you have and need at any given time, i.e. do you need steals or power from your next pick. General thought is rank about the top five at any given position and it's pretty random after that, though I have never ranked more than the top 1 or 2, plus maybe a guy I really like that the league doesn't such as Fransisco Liriano last year.
Of course I defend my prelim a week from Monday (two days after the draft), so I haven't had time to rank anybody yet.
