If anyone has the time would they mind re-explaining the basics of c3c to me again, i understand its all about the growth but what happens after you've grown as much as you can, say when you get to the early industrial era and are on an archi map- what should i be aiming to do? what should i build/not build?

Also aimed at MP not SP if theres a difference.
