Nope.
I have a little time this afternoon, thought I'd stop to say hello.
We have just had a 2-week holiday in North India, down River Ganga. Various landscapes, historical backgrounds, super food in restaurants, and so many miles run.
Now 2 more months in Mumbai, before I go back to Paris in mid-December. I should resume work in January, while my gf gets back in end January. I wanted to travel again at that time, but I got a 6-month visa instead of a 12-month visa* (as asked), which prevents me from staying in the country. Of course I paid for a 12-month visa.
Anyway, living here is kind of a challenge, everything is more complicated, especially as we do not have expatriate standard level of living. Working remotely from here on my own is a bit strange, but I got used to it. On top of it, top management in the bank has decided to get rid of 3 contractors by June 2013 in Paris, while hiring 4 people in Mumbai for my project: it is cheaper overall. So I may start training them in December before I leave, if they have arrived at that time.
Will try to visit here more often from now on. Cheers.
