Tried to input the cdz mail into the reset application - couldn't recognize it
Tried to input my main email account into the reset app. Said it sent an email, but I still haven't seen any mail at all, including spambox
edit/update: seems to be an issue with my email provider or some time delay. Still waiting for the "latest" of the pw-reset mails. I got impatient and ordered several, apparently
