well, quite a few turns have gone by (7 in fact)
and a lot has happened.

i met the most cunning of all polar bears.
we have agreed to avoid mutual harassment, focousing our near and midterm goals on teaching each other how to rule benevolently (running together towards the REP Slinger)

we have agreed to a combo sci path, at the end of which we will have - Math, CoL, REP.

we have also signed peace till we are both out of anarchy.
terms to be renegotiated later.

i have just found out that his punctual bearness has not 1 but TWO sources of SILK.
we will have to make a deal....

thats on the NORTHERN FRONT.

ON THE EAST - looms a dark force. GERMANY!
i have acted immediatly, sending my warrior into his lands, rattling my axe.
he has wisely decided not to test the strength of my axe and we have a peace (one that will last only till i decide i need my GA started)
i even tried to seduce him into learning IW for me.
no go as of yet (i thought about offering him lowly lower tier techs, but i believe he is not that wise)

alas, and this FRESH OFF THE PRESS.

last thing i saw there was a man inwhite,carrying a big staff, beckoning him into the shadows.

i have stated to germany my disapproval, and demanded compensation.
