BTW: Pity this game ended from an experimental viewpoint. I built 3 towns on goldhills and could research pretty fast, I could get poly in 18 turns on 100% with just those 3 towns and my capital. Not enough gold to pay for the expenses though so I was going for 24 or something. Still pretty fast.
