It's Fallout 3. Now, that'd be a bad thing in 99% of cases, I mean you release a new game (with the usual handful of fresh release bugs), and it's the same as the previous one. Really, the exact same. But man was FO3 good. FNV is just as good. The PC's involvement in the storyline is much more involved, there's factions involved and territory to grab, NPC's have opinions and they'll readily stand by them. There's also really nice new guns and melee/unarmed got a well-deserved buff. I'm loving it.
