On the bright side: getting a CB (reason to declare war) in EU is a lot easier than in CK2 (even without strange and hidden parameters in the republic DLC), mainly because that's not exactly what CK2 is about. Where CK2 is more about people management, EU is (what Paradox calls) grand strategy. And what normal people call 4X. I think you got that from my France walkthrough

I don't put that much effort in my people management in CK2, I rather have armies to smash and burn with (but then they do have to fit on a boat).

But you're right, this is the lamest trailer I've seen in a while. It doesn't even have beards.
