Within Civstats, I've declared Robi the winner (based on combined civs' score) and I've unregistered everyone from the game so it won't show up on your civstats game list anymore.
I'm going to use the pitboss server for the upcoming CivIVor II game, since it seems clear to me that this one won't resume, and my offsite hosting hopes are not panning out.
