I guess for those of us that don't have one yet...

- They cost $10k USD to start and $5k for each additional scout for a total of $20k for a Youth Academy with 3 scouts.
- You can select 2 types of training (primary and secondary).. although these don't work yet.
- you have to be in a league to get matches. (I personally think that this system could have flaws but I have you guys to be in a league with so no worries

)
- scouts can't be called the first week that they are hired.
- scouts can be hired from different regions (for instance I have a scout from Virginia, South Carolina, and Los Angeles)
