- Build the shrine for your state religion
- Spread your state religion to default number of players for this world size cities
The walls have just been bombarded down to nothing. Next turn, 7 cannons attack. There's too many defenders so it will take 2-3 turns to get everything out of there. Massive cannon XP incoming.
 I started to build a pre-emptive fort right by His Imperial Holiness Matrix's frontline city. I'll park myself there 1 turn ahead and invite him to dance.
 Killer's seaside is now under pirate law. He may be able to punch through with sheer numbers. We'll see.
