Although I have a good powerbase, ERIKK is at least 1 complete tech ahead of me. I will have to attack within 20 turns to have any chance of stopping him launching, if indeed he is not building his own army to attack me.
What I really need to do is find out how many tiles there are to get the domination limit, I can always know my own muber of tiles by the F11 screen, although I will have to check out the multiplier for land area to tiles. (Somehow 1346 tiles seems too much...)
