Big news : I managed to sign a contract with a company to work for 6 months in Mumbai. This company is a local IT branch from my current client (famous French bank), and I will keep the same position as in Paris, within the same team. Kind of a telework.
I should hopefully leave in early July, if I get the visa on time, and get back in late January. Planning 6 weeks of holidays throughout the country total.
Of course I am very excited to meet my gf soon again. The distance will end after 5 months only, which were rough for us (especially me). This will also be the first time we really get to live together. And live conditions are tough over there, as Mumbai is a difficult city to live in.
