Civ Duel Zone - View Single Post - Weird massive rounding errors in production????

I saw something odd after building a national epic, the Herioc epic iirc. I choose habour as the next option and it was going to be built in 1 turn. My production was ony about 27 hammers??? even if i had excess from the Heroic Epic it should have taken at least 2 turns as the habour cost was 80 hammers i think.
