Here is my starting Island The black dots are my planned city locations.

As you can see I have two luxuries right on my doorstep, I'll assume that Stapel has the same situation. I have three other luxuries that I can see. Two I should be able to get to, but one should belong to the Carthagians by the time I am able to get to it.

Here is my Mini Map.

As you can tell, I am right in the bottom left corner, so another assumption would be that Stapel is on the Top right hand corner of the map, so we would be far away from each other.
