It was a simple mistake.

Normally play a defender as midfield for a 3-5-2.
and then I'd play a forward as midfield for a 4-5-1.

Switching from 3-5-2 to 4-5-1 I moved my forward to midfield but forgot to move the defender back to normal.

It happens and it sucked. Still only my reserves.
