Just shift-e and initiate propaganda. This is more convenient, since I made maybe 100 attempts.

And here's the biq. IIRC there's tweaks as addiditonal starting units, (M)GLs for rushing wonders (the GL-bug helps here), techs and gold. Fire up as multiplayer.
